Notification to Email/SMS when user complete form.

Add "share via QR code" option in Pages
I would like to be able to share the link of a public page by QR Code. And I would want to be able to generate such an QR code via the Pages tooling. A nice to have would be that I would be able to add my company logo into the QR code picture.
