Allow customers the ability to add their own Pages Templates into the Pages Template section

I am unable to create my own Page templates and can't change the templates in the Templates section. I would like to create my own templates and and see them in the templates lists. This would work better than duplicating my pages all the time.

Display the scheduled date and time for scheduled messages

Before I believe the scheduled date and time were visiible in the overview of campaigns. Now I just see the tag 'scheduled' but not when.

Campaigns: make a selection of templates

In our company we've got 75 different templates; our department only uses 8 of them. We like to pick out these 8 templates and put them together in a sub-file. It costs a lot of time to read 75 templates before we get the right one!

Select multiple campaigns to be archived
