Hi 👋
I understand that an easy way to set up a notification can be very nice to have. I opened the idea for voting. If more people think this is a good idea we can pick it up.
In the meantime you can achieve this functionality by using a Workflow:
Make sure you have the Pages adapter enabled in your CDP: Go to Sources. If you don't see 'Pages' in your list of integrations add it.
Create a event for the Page you want to set a notification for by selecting the submit button, checking Store in CDP and setting a recognizable CDP event name, for example 'Newsletter Signup'. You can check this article for more info.
Create a new Triggered campaign in the Campaigns or Email Campaigns app. This will be the notification that is send to the page visitor or yourself.
Create a new workflow in your CDP (Don't forget to give it a name)
Add an Event added trigger and select the event you just step up. This event is prefixed with 'Pages:', so in our example it would be 'Pages: Newsletter Signup'
Add a Message step or Email step, select the triggered campaign you just made and the address / phone number it should be send to.
Save your workflow, et voila! You now have a notification set up for a form completion applause👏
Hi
Thanks for the response and explaination however, we are only providing Campaign and Pages to Japanese customers without CDP. If possible to have notification on Pages, it would be great to have one and also the customers expect some notification when user compleated form on Pages.
Thank.
