Adding animated GIFs to my email

Now we can add a video, but you before you can watch it, you need to open your browser.


It would be nice to implement a gif or video that you can watch without opening a new tab.

    Hi everyone 👋

    Thank you for bringing us feedback in our Idea portal.

    Good news: You can send GIFS with our email editor. Just add it the same way as you would add an image. Please note, however, that not all email clients support GIF animations (e.g. Outlook 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016). In those cases, the first frame will be shown (so ensure that the first frame in the animation is a good one 😉).

    1. Add an image element to your design from the content tab

    2. Click BROWSE

    3. Click UPLOAD and select the image you want to add

    4. After a successful upload click INSERT on the image you want to add

    5. Et voila!
