Display the scheduled date and time for scheduled messages

Before I believe the scheduled date and time were visiible in the overview of campaigns. Now I just see the tag 'scheduled' but not when.

Export data for multiple campaigns at once

Presently we can export data for a single campaign which is great when you only send one. But when multiple campaigns are sent on a single day, there needs to be a way to aggregate the data into a single view apart from entering the individual cam...
